I am the MD and owner of this consulting organisation that was established in 2016.
Our objective is to assist business leadership teams in getting a deeper understanding of the strategically important factors that are crucial in achieving impressive results across supply chains.
Our approach focuses on ensuring all the strategic elements are in place to provide support and direction to those performing the more transactional processes that add value to the organisation.

The strategic elements that have to be in place and agreed to by all of the leadership team include the following:
1. The business model is relavant.
2. A detailed SWOT analysis has been performed highlighting critical areas.
3. Formulation of company strategies that will address those critical areas highlighted.
Another important part of strategic planning we include is the alignment of your current capabilities across your supply chain with the needs of your targeted market segments, including where you need to be on the efficiency/responsiveness spectrum. While this appears to be an obvious exercise, most organisations don’t achieve strategic fit.
